When building 1st floor brick / 2nd floor siding or stucco and the 2nd floor cantilevers out past the first floor walls it is difficult to affix a railing to the building. Our revolutionary design (patent pending) hooks on the top of the 1st floor wall between the floor joist.
No fasteners require for installation of this system.
